Refund Policy

At Rested with Grace LLC, we are committed to providing personalized, high-quality pediatric sleep consulting services. Due to the time, preparation, and individualized nature of these services, the following refund policy applies:
 

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
 

Clients are eligible for a full refund only if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled initial consultation.
 

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• If cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
   

2. Non-Refundable Services
 

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
 

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the initial consultation

• Failure to attend (no-show) for the scheduled consultation

• After the initial consultation has taken place

• After any services have been rendered, including but not limited to:

  • Creation or delivery of a customized sleep plan

  • Follow-up support (calls, texts, or emails)

  • Any portion of a package has been initiated or completed
     

3. Rescheduling
 

Clients may request to reschedule their initial consultation one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
 

4. Acknowledgment
 

By purchasing services from Rested with Grace LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
