Guiding you & Your Little One to Restful Nights
with grace
Are you struggling with early morning wakings? Chronically short naps? Bedtime that feels chaotic no matter what you try?

Or maybe you've read every article on sleep training and spent your evenings googling wake time charts wondering what you're doing wrong.

You're not failing. You're exhausted.

Whether you're in the newborn trenches, waking up every hour with an infant, or trying to figure out how to get your toddler to sleep in their own bed-- I want to walk beside you and your little one and offer you a gentle, holistic path to better sleep.

You don't have to choose between being responsive and being rested!

Hi, I'm Grace! Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant & Occupational Therapist
As an occupational therapist, I view sleep through a holistic lens. I understand how daily routines, sensory needs, emotional regulation, environment, and family rhythms all intertwine and impact a child’s ability to rest well. My training has taught me to look at the whole person — not just one challenge — and that perspective deeply shapes the way I approach sleep coaching.

I also know how overwhelming it can feel to be a first-time parent. The constant questions, the second-guessing, the exhaustion, and the pressure to “get it right” can weigh heavily — especially when sleep isn’t coming easily. That season of new motherhood is tender and vulnerable, and no one should have to navigate it feeling alone or unsupported.

I am passionate about supporting exhausted mothers and families with gentle, responsive guidance that honors both the child and the parent. My goal is not just better sleep, but a more peaceful, confident, and supported motherhood journey — because you deserve rest, too.

At Rested with Grace, I provide individualized, 1:1 virtual sleep support for you and your little one, because I know that every child and their needs are unique. Whether you are a first time parent, or maybe you have multiple little ones but this is the first time you have experienced sleep challenges-- I will be with you every step of the way through this gentle, responsive, evidence-based sleep training approach without cry-it-out!
Book a Discovery call
A discovery call is a complimentary, no-pressure conversation where we get to connect and talk through your child’s current sleep challenges. I’ll listen to your concerns, ask a few thoughtful questions, and share how my gentle, personalized approach can support your family. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, feel confident in the process, and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
What Well Rested Parents Say
"Grace is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful with gentle sleep techniques. As a first time mom, she helped me tweak schedules and routines beyond just overnight sleep and naps. We saw progress within the first two days and our baby seems more rested and happier, as well as more satisfied with eating and with fullness with the routine shifts. We will be forever grateful for her help and guidance!"

"Our baby was 8 weeks old when we started working with Grace. She was waking frequently at night because she needed to be nursing to fall asleep. We were also struggling with nap time - it was almost impossible to soothe her.
After our consultation with Grace we were given a plan, and within a week of starting her sleep strategies our baby was sleeping 8 hour stretches at night! We continued to work with Grace, and at 3 months old our baby goes to sleep on her own in her crib at night and for her naps. Most nights she sleeps 11 hours in a single stretch. She is able to self soothe and to put herself back to sleep if she wakes early. We did all this without 'leaving her to cry' or anything else that made us uncomfortable.
Grace was so responsive to our questions, answering my many concerns with calm advice no matter the time of day. Her program was tailored specifically to our needs. We are so thankful for her help!"

"Grace is not only knowledgeable, but shows passion in not only helping parents with less stress around bed time but also giving children independence. She has great communication skills and was available anytime we need her for questions or to make any changes needed!"
